Roster for SWG is the membership, not a roster. Was that intentional until release?

I guess you could call it "intentional", but it is mainly just a placeholder until I make the actual roster. As of right now, I am not really sure what it should contain. If one of you lucky beta bastards would like to give me some input then it would not take long to get it set up.
