for most unpublicized in game macros use "//". In that list you should find a command "/sitServerChair" or something like that. Create a macro using that text string and you'll be able to sit down in chairs. All you have to do is select the chair with the mouse and then hit that macro. Nothing quite like actually sitting down in a chair next to my campfire at night

FYI: You can also hold down the left mouse button over the chair and click "sit in chair".
That way is less complicated to me.
