I thought it was worth reading the whole thing. I don't think you can grasp the whole concept without doing so.

Here's whats going on in a nutshell
He wants to fire all the content creators in favor of people who can code.. then let the player make the game's content, and chage 49.99 for it, which = mass profits for the game companies. |
